Wash gently by hand or machine, no dry cleaning required. Follow the hand wash steps for stain removal.

A few things to note:

Hand Washing

• Soak in lukewarm water with gentle detergent for no longer than 30 minutes
• Do not rub or wring
• To remove excess water place dress on a towel, fold over and lightly blot
• Hang to dry on padded hanger in shaded area
• Steam on the dull side

Machine Wash

• Place in mesh bag
• Wash on delicate, cold water, low spin setting
• Remove promptly at the end of wash cycle
• Hang to dry on padded hanger in shaded area
• Steam on the dull side

• Size up if you are at the top tier in the size chart or if you prefer a looser fit

Return
We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The return request needs to be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item
• Customer is responsible for the returning postage
• Upon receiving the returned item, we will examine the item to make sure it's in its original condition (original bag & tag; no scratch or spots on fabric; no smell). Once these conditions are met, we will refund the price of the item. Original shipping fee (from seller to customer) is not refunded.
